Bouncy Castle/Soft Play Hire Agreement

*The Castle will be set up and secured for you, & you will be shown how to operate the equipment before we leave*

1. Please adhere to the height limits on our castles, no persons taller than the inside walls of the castle should be using it.
2. The bouncy castle/soft play equipment should be supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and preferably the hirer at all times.
3. Shoes, sunglasses, glasses, jewellery, badges etc should be removed before using the equipment.
4. No facepaint, water, party poppers, confetti, silly string etc to be used on the bouncy castle/soft play due to staining.
5. No smoking or BBQ’s near the equipment.
6. Please do not climb, hang or sit on the walls of the castles as it is dangerous.
7. No food, drinks or chewing gum (to avoid the risk of choking) to be consumed on the bouncy castles or soft play.
8. Ensure equipment is not overcrowded.
9. Please ensure big children and small children do not use the bouncy castle at the same time, to ensure children’s safety.
10. Please ensure users do not push, collide or fight on the bouncy castle to ensure their own safety.
11. No pets, sharp toys or instruments on the bouncy castles/soft play.
12. Please ensure soft play pieces are not thrown around.
13. Please ensure the ball pond balls are all in the ball pond upon collection, otherwise you will incur a charge.
14. No running from side to side on the inflatables, please also do not jump on the safety step, the step is there for safe mounting and dismounting of the bouncy castle.
15. Please ensure nobody with a history of back or neck injury, or anyone who is feeling unwell uses the bouncy castles.
16. Please do not allow anyone on the equipment during inflation or deflation as it is dangerous.
17. Please ensure users do not attempt to do somersaults.
18. The equipment should not be used if it becomes wet, and does not have a rain cover.
19. In the event of heavy rain, please cover any electrical sockets, and the blower.Any wetness (including bubbling which is normal) can be dried with a towel. Do not turn off the bouncy castle if raining.A £50 cleaning fee will be charged if the castle has been deflated during hire.
20. In the event of high winds over 19-24mph (including gusts) please deflate the castle and stop using it. In the event of any adverse weather conditions please deflate the castle and stop using it.
21. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the equipment immediately. Make sure that the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or that something has not blown onto the blower and is obstructing it.
22. Occasionally, please check that the inflatable is still securely pegged down, and the castle pipe is fully on the blower. It may come lose. Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use. Please make sure the inflatable is clear before switching on/off.
23. If you are unsure about ANYTHING, or the equipment malfunctions, please contact us immediately.
24. Please ensure access to where the castle is going to be set up is clear and free of obstruction.Please note we need at least 3ft access to get the bouncy castle through.With our bigger obstacles courses this may need to be slightly bigger.If you are unsure, please contact us.
25. All animal mess, toys, garden furniture etc needs to be cleared before delivery and grass at a sensible length.
26. If the correct surface has not been selected upon booking for e.g. artificial grass, hard surface, an additional charge may be incurred or a refusal of delivery.
27. We have the right to refuse any booking if the wrong information has been given on the booking form, i.e address, access or surface type.
28. We take a £20 booking fee which is NON REFUNDABLE.
29. If the Bouncy Castles or Soft Play are collected dirty or damaged you will be charged accordingly.
30. From 5th November to 1st March we only hire our equipment indoors. If any outside bookings are made without our permission during this time we have the right to cancel the booking.

ALL OF OUR BOUNCY CASTLES CARRY A CURRENT SAFETY TEST CERTIFICATE

Please note that all people using this inflatable do so at their own risk. The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. The guidelines above are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept liability for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
