1. What is your weather policy?
If there is light rain and wind we are happy to still go ahead and put up castles. However, if the wind speed is expected to be above 24mph then legally, we are not allowed to operate due to HSE guidelines. If this occurs we will offer to transfer your non-refundable booking fee to another booking in the future. If you have paid in full you can transfer to another booking in the future or we can refund you minus your booking fee.
2. Is a booking fee required to secure my booking?
Yes, we require a £20 non refundable booking fee to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total price of your booking.
3. How do I pay for the inflatable or soft play hire?
Payment can be made by cash on delivery or by bank transfer the day before the inflatable or soft play is delivered.
4. How do I make a booking?

5. What time are inflatables or soft play delivered?
If you have specified party times in a hall, we will deliver the soft play or inflatable's 15/30 minutes before the party starts. If you have booked for a day hire, inflatables and soft play are delivered between 7am and 10am and are collected between 5pm and 7pm.
6. Can I hire the inflatable for times outside your specified hire times?
Please contact us if you have special requirements you wish to discuss and we will do what we can to accommodate you. We offer a late pick up for between 7pm and 9pm for an additional £20.
7. Can I hire your inflatables overnight?
Our inflatables, with the exception of the soft play and ball pond, are available for hire overnight, there is a £35 fee for this. Inflatables will be collected between 7am and 9am the following morning, unless another full day's hire has been booked.
8. What does the hire price include?
The hire price on any of our inflatables includes the equipment being set up and secured by a member of our team, the blower, extension leads and mats. A member of our team will run through basic safety of the equipment. All of our equipment has the relevant safety tests carried out on it.
9. What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us 48 hours before the equipment is due to be delivered to let us know you no longer require the inflatables or soft play. However, please note that your booking fee is non-refundable but we are more than happy to transfer it to another booking in the future.
10. What area's do you cover?
We cover Sittingbourne and the Surrounding Villages and Towns including Medway, Gravesend, Faversham and the Isle of Sheppey. Please contact us if you have requirements outside of these areas as we may still be able to help.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose the relevant postcode. Please do contact us if you are outside of the specified postcodes as we may still be able to help.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
